Capital Cardiology Associates is seeking an experienced front desk medical receptionist for our busy cardiology office. Patient Registration associate needed for the Albany and Clifton Park offices.
Position Responsibilities: Day-to-day process of handling new and existing patients such as checking in patients, verifying demographics and insurance information, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, checking out patients, and collecting co-pays. The pay rate for this position is from $18 hourly.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, communicates clearly, gets along well with others, able to multi task, and must have a positive attitude. Prior Medical Office reception experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills a must. Experience with Escribe a plus.
