Cardiology Supervisor supervises daily operations within the cardiology department. Monitors the work of staff members and ensures quality of tests, procedures, and other aspects of patient care. Being a Cardiology Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Additionally, Cardiology Supervisor may require licensure or certification in an area of specialty. The Cardiology Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Weekly Stipend will be qualified if lived 50 miles from the location

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
Traveler Experience: Unit accepts 1st time travelers
Skills: EPIC, McKesson, Exp. with adolescents, adults and geriatrics, Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU, IV Starts, Contrast. CT procedure Exp: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Aspirations/Biopsies, Colonography, CT Arthrography, Drainage, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction, GE, Siemens
