Responsibilities:
Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, and cardiac procedures under the direct supervision of the physician.
Maintain detailed and organized electronic medical records.
Collaborate closely with the interventional cardiology team to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist physicians with administrative tasks and facilitate efficient workflow.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or working in a clinical setting is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of cardiology procedures is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
