Responsibilities |
Provides professional mental health counseling and consultation services for the campus community, incorporates a brief therapeutic model to address the emotional and behavioral needs of students, creates developmental programming to increase healthy lifestyle and coping behaviors across campus, and provides strategic direction and advocacy for university mental health policy and initiatives.

Qualifications | |
Required: |
Masters Degree in mental health related field. Ability to be fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin within the first two years of employment. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Understanding and commitment to positive psychology practices. Risk assessment and treatment experience. |
Preferred: |
PhD preferred. Fully licensed in the state of Wisconsin. Previous employment in a college counseling center. At least four years post graduate work in a mental health setting. |
