    We are currently searching for a daytime Custodial Services Manager over a large college campus in Charleston, SC. This person will oversee the customer relationship, P&L, employee relations and ensure that we exceed expectations in the service we deliver. The right candidate will be a servant leader. Our goal is to fill this position ASAP so don't delay in applying!

    Hours:  Monday-Friday with some weekends as needed - Day shift

    Location: Charleston, SC

    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • The Operations Manager interviews, hires and trains new employees.
    • Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues. 
    • Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections
    • Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies
    • Purchases, issues and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition. 
    • Reviews employee’s time daily
    • Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed. 
    • Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers an updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress. 
    What We’re Looking for:
    • 3-5 years of Management experience
    • Experience in Janitorial services is required
    • Bachelors degree preferred
    • A driver’s license is required.
