Job Summary: | Provide individualized career counseling, career exploration, information and resources, and career programming to students, recent graduates, and members of the OSU Alumni Association. Cultivate relationships with critical campus partners including Career Consultants within the academic colleges, as well as partner offices such as the OSU Alumni Association, Office of Student Success, University Counseling Center, and Student Accessibility Services. Work hours for this position are primarily 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch. Periodic evening and weekend work to offer career programming and connection opportunities for students and alumni is required. This position will require the ability to lift 40 pounds on occasion. |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. One year of experience in counseling. Hold professional licensure/certification such as LPC, NCC, or be eligible to obtain certifications within first year of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D./Ed.D. in Counseling Three years of related experience. Hold professional licensure/certification such as LPC, NCC, GCDF, or CCC. |
