RI Works Case Manager / Workforce Specialist
Home location: 33 Maple Avenue in North Providence,
Traveling to North Kingstown and/or Westerly offices is required
Responsibilities: To provide evidence-based, trauma-informed case management & vocational education, financial literacy, job placement support to clients referred through RI Works partnership:
Qualifications: Good computer skills including Word, Excel and basic data entry. Familiarity with Internet and social media helpful but will train. Minimum Associates degree but Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Good phone/communication skills necessary. Based on the high volume of Spanish speakers currently enrolled or referred to this program, bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
