Assistant Program Director - PRIDE

  • Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Director to join our growing Massachusetts team! 

    The Assistant Program Director will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our in-home clients and will assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.

    This position would require candidate to work from one of our MA office locations and have MA licensure. 

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
    • Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist)   
    • Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
    • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
    • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
    • Experience in quality management preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
    • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
