Hybrid Position
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Position Summary: Leads, trains, supervises, and monitors day-today activity of all Career Services personnel at all campus locations. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that result in achievement of graduate employment goals. This position is directly responsible for ensuring that graduates are employed in their field of study as established by the requirements of our institutional and programmatic accreditors. The Executive Director will also implement strategies that build our alumni network. This position is a hybrid position; the Executive Director of Career Services will work on-site at the Hussian College campus in Philadelphia, PA 2-3 days per week and work remotely the remainder of the week. Must also have the ability to occasionally travel to Hussian’s other campus locations as dictated by business needs.
