Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Career Placement and Corporate Relations will lead our Partnerships & Placement efforts by developing differentiated strategies and setting the pace to land new hiring partners, maintain and cultivate existing relationships, and place our graduates into the first job of their new career. This is a visible role with external stakeholders is responsible for identifying, developing, executing career programs new and existing business and industry partners. This is a centralized position supporting each Sustainable Education Business Unit (SEBU) to create and expand their career programs to meet the needs of the learning audience. The Director of Career Placement and Corporate Relations will work in partnership with the Director of Development and Grants to review data critical to program evaluation and reporting to funders on grants that support their SEBUs. This will be both “do” and “lead” position that will propel the organization, the team, and themselves forward.
