Managing Director provides supervision, training, and direction to the agency’s residential leadership team that ensures direct services and supports are provided throughout our residential programs. Manage all development, operations, and quality metrics of programs to ensure services and supports are delivered that lead to positive outcomes for those we serve. Works in collaboration with other agency departments including QA and Clinical to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to those we serve. This position involves both hands on and administrative work, demonstrates leadership, involves frequent visits to each program and ensures all staff receive comprehensive training and supervision. Management, interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, and organizational skills will be utilized to ensure quality supports and services.
