The KU School of Business is seeking an individual with experience in career services or business recruiting to serve as the Assistant Program Director of our Professionalism Program. This position reports to the Professionalism Program Director and will lead the strategic planning and execution for delivery of unit-wide career management strategies for the KU School of Business. This includes:

Providing a set of resources and programs to ensure a strong internal career preparation framework for KU Business students,

Facilitating employment efforts, including career fairs, on-campus recruiting, internship/job posting procedures and development of strategic recruiting partnerships, and
-
Coordinating efforts with others across the professionalism team, school, and university.
This is a full-time, regular, 12-month unclassified professional staff position. This position is designated as primarily on-campus during the academic year but has flexibility to work virtually or hybrid over breaks and summer, as approved. The incumbent’s office will be located in Capitol Federal Hall, a 166,500 square foot modern facility that the School of Business has called home since 2016. Other flexible work schedules will be evaluated as per KU policy and School guidelines.
