Markets the university's Career Services program and its graduates for existing employer relationships and for the development of new employer relationships. Summary: The Assistant Director of Career Services provides oversight of the day-to-day functions in Career Services. The position is responsible for adherence to all Career Services policies and procedures. Manages, develops, and trains campus Career Services staff. The position is accountable for achieving campus benchmarks for externship setup, employment starts, and placement rates. This position requires autonomy in daily performance and refined judgments to apply specialized knowledge of career services processes, procedures, and practices. The role requires detailed knowledge of student management databases and other college systems.
