**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts and accounting practices, with proficiency in federal/state procedures and regulations . This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the organization through accurate record-keeping and financial analysis.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain accurate financial records using double-entry bookkeeping methods

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner

- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with Federal and state regulations

- Bank reconcillations are done monthly

- Ensure accounts are paid timely and all outstanding accounts are paid on time.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper minimum 5 years

- Collaborate and communicate with the other employees

- Strong understanding of and corporate accounting principles

- Knowledge of public accounting practices and account reconciliation

- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis

- Familiarity with accounting software

- Excellent communications skills, organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
