Duties: Performs manual work in carpet and floor covering installation. Will be installing carpet, vinyl, hardwood and tile. Work must be done to manufacturers specifications.
Majority of work will involve floor preparation and installing of carpet and LVT flooring.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 2 years of experience in the trade.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the floor covering trades.
Ability to read and understand construction plans, sketches, visual instructions, and layouts.
