Job Description:

As a Carpet Cleaning Technician at C&C Cleaning Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' carpets, rugs, tile and other flooring surfaces. Your primary responsibility will be to perform carpet cleaning services efficiently and effectively, utilizing industry-leading techniques and company provided equipment. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients while upholding our company's core values of: You Matter, Be Better and We Care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carpet Cleaning: Perform carpet cleaning services, including but not limited to steam cleaning, dry cleaning, and spot treatment, using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.

2. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns, providing information about our services, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the cleaning process.

3. Inspection and Assessment: Inspect carpets to determine the appropriate cleaning method and identify any stains, damage, or special requirements.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot cleaning equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition, and report any malfunctions for timely repairs.

5. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe work environment and the highest quality of service.

6. Documentation: Accurately document service details, including pre- and post-cleaning assessments, cleaning products used, and any additional services performed.

7. Professionalism: Represent C&C Cleaning Services with professionalism and courtesy at all times, maintaining a neat and professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in carpet cleaning is highly preferred, but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture up to 75lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the office every morning.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
