Invoicing Specialist
SummaryInvoicing Specialists ensure that customer invoicing is processed in a timely and accurate manner as well as processing subcontractor payroll.Essential Functions- Process customer invoicing daily
- Print, separate, and mail invoices
- Accurate processing of subcontractor payroll
- Maintain customer invoice files in a manner consistent with company policies
- Respond to internal and external questions regarding customer invoices in accordance with Redi Carpet service standards
- Resolve customer invoicing discrepancies
- Generate corrected invoices when necessary
- Issue credits for corrected invoices and returned materials
- Maintain monthly spreadsheet tracking all credits issued
- Process chargebacks for labor discrepancies
- Process warranty work orders
- Assist with various tasks as requested by supervisor
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to invoicing or subcontractor pay
- Learns and lives the Redi Carpet Core values – We are Nice, We are Customer Obsessive, We are Self-Disciplined – to name a few!
- Performs necessary follow-up to ensure issues are resolved and customer expectations are met
Important Goals and Deadlines- All work orders should be invoiced within three days of the installation date
- All work orders for the current month must be invoiced by the second business day of the following month
- Processes and responds to credit requests within 24 hours
- Achieves or exceeds Redi Carpet standards for accuracy and timeliness
- Achieves or exceeds Redi Carpet quality standards
Qualifications- 1 year of customer or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Typing and Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED required
