The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings; manage and organize calendar
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Obtain and review medical records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; knowledge of HIPAA
