An award-winning is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Case Management to lead their team.

This position will be based out of a 300 bed that is known for it's advanced, high quality healthcare. This hospital system offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, maternity and obstetrics, cardiology, orthopedics, cancer care, and more. They provide services for both inpatient and outpatient care.The medical center is affiliated with several medical groups and physician practices in the area.These facilities have been accredited by various healthcare organizations, ensuring that it meets certain quality and safety standards.

The Regional Director of Case Management will have oversight of Case Management operations for the health system. The Regional Director will provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the Case Management teams across the facilities. They will be in charge of implementing and developing departmental policies and procedures. The Regional Director will allocate resources efficiently including staffing, budgets, and technology. Strategic planning is important in this role as the Regional Director will collaborate with other healthcare leaders to align case management goals with the overall strategic direction of the organization. The Regional Director will be responsible for implementing and maintain care pathways and guidelines to optimize patient outcomes.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

• Active RN license or LCSW/LMSW
• 5 years of prior leadership experience in Case Management
• Multi-site management experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and case management principles.
• Willingness to travel
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
