As the Director of Product Management, Platform role at 3E, your primary focus will be championing and implementing 3E's product management framework across the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful application of this framework, which includes market analysis, strategic planning, build and test, go-to-market, and adoption and performance focus areas. Your leadership will drive the alignment of product teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and elevate the overall effectiveness of product management practices.

•  Define & drive the strategic vision for new and innovative solutions to support 3E's product lines. Develop and maintain product roadmap for Digital Passport Library and align with content and engineering to develop plans for execution 
•  Drive engineering effort by defining epics, high-level data models, and product storyboards to ensure consistent product development progress
•   Analyze market trends, customer needs, regulatory landscape, and competitive environments. Integrate findings into product plans (priorities) and pricing/bundling strategy
•   Define and report on metrics/progress, including user engagement
•   Evangelize the overall product line strategy to both internal and external stakeholders. Includes engaging with clients via the CAB, client visits, conferences, and other channels to inform product strategy and roadmap
•   Create and execute an overall go-to-market strategy in alignment with the overall product line strategy. Analyze ACV and pricing to determine alternate strategies to increase revenue opportunities or increase price-to-value
•   Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan, including special projects and other duties as assigned

• Required:
• Minimum 8 of experience in B2B Product Management or related experience in SaaS-based applications, out of which:

• Expertise in data modeling and data governance 
• Expertise in SCRUM/Agile development methodologies 
• Ability to travel up to 25%

• BA Degree in one of the following: Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry
• MBA or MS in Engineering 
• Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) services, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain Management, ESG scoring, or Product Compliance
• Experience working in high-growth organizations
•  Experience with developing Product and GTM strategies, including pricing and sales strategies based on product mix 
•  Experience in SaaS product development, including API services and User Interface development
