The Nurse Director of Case Management will ensure the provision of top-notch services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients by fostering effective collaboration within and between departments, working closely with staff, colleagues, administration, physicians, and others.This includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, developing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The RN Director of Case Management will report directly to the CNO while representing and overseeing the case management and social work department operations. The RN Director of Case Management will be an experienced Nurse Case Manager with a certification in case management. An Ohio RN license must be obtained prior to start.
