Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Case Management RN Director's responsibilities include overseeing administrative duties in the department, maintenance of the budget, recruitment and retention of staff, and mentor new leaders. The Director will also be leading quality improvement projects that focus on population health, and serve as the operations liaison. This person will be supported by two managers, social workers, and case managers.
