Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Director of Case Management to join our team. As the RN Director of Case Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the case management department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our nursing students. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education and student success. This role also provides classroom instruction to students.

Duties:
- Develop and implement case management policies and procedures
- Supervise and train case management staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Provide guidance and support to students in navigating educational resources and opportunities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students
- Monitor student progress and make appropriate referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of case management activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in case management

Experience:
- Higher education teaching or education administration experience preferred
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong knowledge of educational resources and support services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
