You'll play an integral role in creating first-class client experiences within a Tax law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced Case Manager to join our team and be a total superstar – to support the team and help our clients.
This is an executive-level position for a Case Manager who will be responsible for monitoring the Firm’s “legal pipeline” to ensure cases make progress to deadlines and milestones work on cases is fully funded, and that clients/matters do not languish or fall through the cracks. We need someone with significant experience building and managing pipeline reports.
We are looking for a case manager who is skilled in the technical creation, technical updating, management, and monitoring of the legal pipeline report. This case manager has the desire to provide the team and clients with the ultimate customer service experience and is capable of handling deadlines. This job requires the right combination of technical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Excel and CRM Software. You will be required to create and update reports from scratch. Knowledge of Case Management Software is preferred. If these statements resonate with you, then you may be our candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Using reports and case review meetings, ensure clients and matters move through the workflow pipeline at the right pace and that tasks are completed on time.
- Reviews the case management system weekly for the quality and timeliness of time entries/documentation of work done.
- Monitors tasks and workflows.
- Compiles case management data into reports.
- Meet with leaders throughout the organization to understand needs and determine actionable steps necessary to reach case resolutions.
- Create, communicate, and audit various organizational initiatives and relay progress back to key stakeholders in the business.
Qualifications:
- This is a key position in the firm. It is a full-time job, so you must be available to work 40 hours per week.
- You embrace technology and have strong practical experience with cloud-based platforms for case management, document management, CRM, calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- You have extensive practical experience with common office applications (Word, Outlook email and calendar, Google, etc.)
- You must have excellent spelling and grammar.
- You have a penchant for accuracy and will work tirelessly to avoid mistakes that can cost our clients (and us) dearly.
- Speaks Spanish and English fluently.
We are investing time and energy in building our A-Team. Initial compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
