RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities

RiverView Home Care has a position open (32 hours every 2 weeks) for a RN Case Manager. This position is for daytime hours, 8-4:30, two days per week, and includes every 6th weekend on-call rotation. The position includes managing a client case load which may involve traveling within a 30 mile radius of the office for client visits. Travel and mileage are reimbursed. Salary range is $30.56 - $42.79 and starting wage is dependent on experience. 

Qualifications

• Applicants are required to have a current State of Minnesota RN license.
• 2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Current American Heart CPR certification is required. If not current training will be provided. 
• Current drivers license and dependable transportation is required.
