The Registered Nurse (RN)

• member of the interdisciplinary team who work together to meet the physical, medical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of hospice patients and families facing terminal illness and bereavement.
• The RN is designated to provide coordination of care, ensure continuous assessment of each patient and family’s needs and implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of RN experience or 2 years of LPN experience. However, we are open to accepting new BSN graduates.
• An active and valid RN license in IL
• Reliable and unrestricted access to transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
