Job description

Responsibilities/Requirements of an Administrator/RN Case Manager include:

• Provides direction, coordination, supervision, & implementation of professional & supportive services to clients & employees.
• Coordinates & directs programs & staffing to promote quality services for clients.
• Responsible for managing our Enhanced Community Living Buildings in Southern Ohio.
• Participates in the hiring, orientation & continued education of personnel.
• Monitor & manage monthly financials to achieve company strategic goals.
• RN performs client assessments while directing, planning, and initiating appropriate actions in home care situations.
• RN manages/supervises a team of RN, LPN, Home Health Aide (HHA), and Personal Care Aides.
• RN to Document/Communicate/Coordinate patient status/change in condition to care team.
• RN to perform job duties while promoting personal safety and a safe environment for clients and co-workers.
• Willing to travel surrounding counties.
• Minimum of one (1) years of nursing supervisory experience. Home care experience preferred.

Nursing experience with one yr supervisory: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification: RN (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
