The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, the ability to communicate effectively, and the passion to care for those who are at end of life. The Hospice nurse works with a caring, dedicated team to provide care and comfort which encompasses physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.
A minimum of one year recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is required. Proficient computer skills are necessary as patient documentation is done electronically.
