Acts as a liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively. Being a Case Manager (Non-RN) typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a department/unit. To be a Case Manager (Non-RN) typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
