Case Manager - Physician Practice jobs in Helena, MT

• Physician must be eligible to obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine, including controlled substance registration with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and the DEA

• Physician must be eligible to participate and receive payments from Medicare and Medicaid and commercial insurance companies and not have OIG exclusions

• They would practice in the clinic, as a hospitalist, perform OB/C-sections, and manage inpatient/swing bed (transitional care) patients
• Full-time providers will be expected to perform thirty-two hours of patient face to face time per week in the clinic and participate in an equitable call rotation with group partners

A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and have successfully completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
