Acts as a liaison between patient/family and healthcare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided and that patient is making progress towards treatment goals. Bachelor’s Degree in social work, family counseling, psychology or a related human services field with direct experience in the performance of the related duties at the VFW National Home (to be evaluated by the appointing authority).
