We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team of our healthcare organization. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and have good communication with the team.
Duties:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Account management and payroll services
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, accounting and budgeting are helpful skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn our electronic medical record system with training courses available on-site
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
