Case Manager, Sr. coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for patients, from admission to discharge. Monitors care and acts as a liaison between patient/family, healthcare personnel, and insurers. Being a Case Manager, Sr. evaluates the needs of the patient, the resources available, and recommends and facilitates the plan for the best outcome. Develops a discharge plan that provides the best available resources to meet ongoing patient needs and that encourages compliance with medical advice. Additionally, Case Manager, Sr. identifies patient care issues and suggests revisions to or new clinical pathways to improve quality of care. May also be responsible for conducting utilization reviews. Typically requires a bachelor's degree of Nursing. Typically reports to a head of a department/unit. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). The Case Manager, Sr. contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Mission Manager seeks an experienced independent Field Sales Representative to drive sales of its Mission Manager cloud-based software platform.
The position will be based in and serve as Mission Manager’s business development and sales resource throughout the Southeastern United States (FL, GA, AL, MS)(respectively, the “Territory”).
Credentials and Experience
- Minimum five years of direct selling and business development experience in software, first responder, or government funded related industries, showing a demonstrable track record of business-building results in new product introductions and market vertical/segment development
- First responder or emergency management experience, including service as a volunteer or reserve officer with mission leadership experience in law enforcement, fire-fighting, search and rescue, disaster management or EOC operations is extremely helpful.

Compensation
Mission Manager offers a performance based compensation package which includes competitive commission, expense reimbursement, and equity participation plans.
