About the Position: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II/Behavioral Health Case Manager II. This position works with consumers on our inpatient units acting in the role of Care Coordinator.  The position involves case management, discharge planning, running psychoeducation groups, and participation in treatment teams.  Collaboration with clinicians, physicians, and external community resources is essential to the role.

Job Type/Salary:

• Full-time
• Annual Salary is $41,000-$47,000 (based on experience and certifications)
• Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
• FLSA Status: Non Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Sr. Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor or Master Behavioral Health degree or proof currently working on Master’s degree for licensure and 2 years of experience.

Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Bachelor or Master Behavioral Health degree or proof currently working on Master’s degree for licensure.

• Applicants with non-behavioral health degree would qualify if they hold certification as a CPRP or CFRP.
• Offer of employment is conditional on becoming a certified CM II within 6 months. May be offered lower level if not able to qualify or become a certified CM II.
• No substitution for the bachelor’s degree.

Special Requirements:

Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.  Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
