The Registered Nurse Case Manager contributes to our Mission of Caring by supervising day-to-day nursing activities of our clients in their homes while ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. The RN Case Manager for Saint Elizabeth Home Care is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our RN Case Managers are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications for an RN Case Manager:

• Current and valid RN license in Rhode Island.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Current and valid CPR certification.
