We are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and rapidly growing in 15 states. We provide assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly (i.e. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). We are highly respected across the 15 states we service and looking for quality people to join our team.
We are currently in need of a Home Care Agency Case Manager for our Irvine, CA Office.
The job duties include managing clients and their associated home care aides. Phone calls, email, and Zooms are how all communication occurs for this position. No on-site visits required. This position requires average level Microsoft Office skills - as the position uses Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word on a daily basis. The position will be located in our Irvine, CA Office and the work schedule will be from 8:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday. This position will be available to work remotely after 2 months of training in our Irvine, CA Office - but the applicant must live within a one hour drive of Irvine, CA so they can attend periodic in person staff meetings and team building events, etc.
The possible is responsible for doing an on-call shift every 7th weekend. The oncall shift can be performed remotely at home and requires being available to answer home care aide questions that come in via text and phone - over the weekend when the office is closed - to ensure client care needs are met over the weekends.
MUST be/have one of the following:
1) An RN with 3 years experience
2) LPN/LVN with 8 years experience
3) Social Worker with 3 years of healthcare field experience
4) 5 years experience working in Healthcare as a Case Manager
Bachelors Degree required - unless an RN with an Associates Degree.
Healthcare benefits available and 401K. Salary is $75,000. Profit Sharing Bonus available for high performer. A 5% increase in salary for each milestone increase in revenue the company makes is available to high performers. We had 5 such milestones in 2023 - which equated to a 25% increase in base salary for all supervisory level employees who performed their job with high performance marks. In addition, this position will recieve $1.25 per hour bonus for each hour of care each family member they hire to be a client's caregiver. Our contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs allows us to hire family members/friends to be the Veteran's caregiver and this position is responsible for onboarding such and getting them through some of the steps to hire/training. This position will then recieve $1.25 per hour for each ongoing hour of work that family member/friend caregiver works in perpetuity with our organization. There is no cap on the amount of money that can be received via this bonus.
