The Case Manager will aid with managing the day to day Service Coordination and Case Management operations for Serenity Care Resources LLC. Must be proficient in supporting all administrative functions of Case Management, the Maximus Process and retention for all clients. The role requires interacting appropriately with elderly and disabled clients who have receive services SCR. The Case Manager must be an outgoing person with a caring, compassionate heart who enjoys talking with others and making a difference in people’s lives. The Case Manager must focus on the growth and retention of prospective clients for the agency. The Case Manager may also assist with tabling events, marketing, social media campaigns and other aspects of business promotion in addition to their case management duties.
