Solutions is locally owned by a RN who understands the importance and value of flexibility, family and work-life balance. We provide 3 services at Solutions; 1:1 caregiving, Care Management and Skilled Nursing services.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work 1:1 with a kind gentleman who lives in Richland. The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent communication and leadership skills and is capable of working independently. The successful candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities, including performing basic nursing tasks, daily assessments, administering medications, continued patient education and detailed documentation. This is a home environment, so it is important that you are willing to perform light housekeeping duties and meal prep.

We currently have weekend day and night shifts available. The hours are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

2 RNs needed; PT and/or PRN

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year experience in Home Health or an acute care setting

LICENSE

• RN
• CPR
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor patient's health and administer care as prescribed by physician.
• Administer medications.
• Daily Vital Signs and documentation.
• Complete daily physical exam.
• Detailed patient education.
• Routinely monitor risk for falls.
