Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals as needed
- Support individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments in managing their behaviors and daily routines
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Escort clients to appointments or outings as necessary

Requirements:
- Experience in providing personal care assistance or similar roles preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or facilities
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices, including dementia care and behavior management techniques
- Ability to lift and assist with transferring individuals safely
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with clients and their families
- Flexibility in scheduling, as personal care assistance may involve working evenings, weekends, or holidays
