Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk. As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors. This is a vital role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in accounting principles and has experience with various accounting software.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
• Review invoices for proper approval/coding and inputting approved invoices for payment.
• Research and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Communicate with vendors and construction managers and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile 1099s with payments and verify federal tax Id information is correct for vendors.
• Performs other projects and related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
