Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for closing leads over the phone or through virtual communication channels. The desired candidate should have a technical background and have a good understanding of the steam cycle, valve applications and corrosives handling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative selling to inbound leads
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while providing exceptional customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
