Our rapidly expanding company is in search of a skilled Disposition Sales Specialist to oversee the sale of our properties in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The perfect applicant has to be proactive and passionate when it comes to marketing, negotiating, and executing sales. This job will require excellent communication with a variety of stakeholders, which is why the ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of sales and be comfortable working with people. The Disposition Sales person has to respond to offers efficiently as well as using various communication platforms such as email, text, phone calls, or in-person meetings to close the sale of our properties. The major responsibility of this role is to successfully market, negotiate, and conclude the sale of properties before the allocated deadline. This position is a fast-paced role in a thriving company that requires a determined individual who is capable of adapting quickly and maintaining a positive outlook.
