Cash Management Director determines corporate cash requirements and oversees short-term cash assets or liabilities. Develops corporate investment strategy while maintaining liquidity. Being a Cash Management Director typically manages the organization's bank accounts, including the oversight of staff responsible for account reconciliation, transfer of funds, or purchase or sale of foreign currencies. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Cash Management Director typically reports to a top management. The Cash Management Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Cash Management Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • This role is responsible to perform assigned tasks which may include some or all the following: supervise all store front-end activities and all phases of the store's accounting operations in an accurate and efficient manner. Responsible to verify/review lane tracking, daily refunds, paid-outs, money deposits, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure that the work shift contributes positively to the best interests of the store, perform all opening / closing activities of the store.

    Here's what you’ll do:

    • Observe strict confidentiality of all company records and financial information and safeguard against unauthorized access to such information at all times
    • Perform and monitor front end activities to ensure that all cashiers comply with store policies in the handling of all transactions: cash, checks, debit/credit cards, food stamps, ID requirements, over rings, refunds, bottle returns, vendor coupons, gift certificates, lottery ticket sales, and policies pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco.
    • Data entry using Microsoft excel.
    • Bank deposits
    • Daily cash Audits
    • Able to operate cash register, display cost of customer purchase, make change, cash checks, and issue receipt
    • Knowledgeable of product locations in the store, in order to be able to assist customers
    • Knowledgeable and capable of implementing all related security and cash drawer accounting procedures
    • Keep management informed of problems with pricing, cash registers, scales, or other accounting problems
    • Maintain records on cash controls for internal audits
    • Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service or assistance
    • Maintain a clean, attractive and customer-friendly store. Follow all safety procedures.
    • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

    • HS Graduate or Equivalent (GED)
    • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
    • Basic mathematical skills
    • Suggestive Selling/Knowledge of Products
    • Detail Oriented

    May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures) and is exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Travel requirements vary by assignment.

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
