Description
This role includes designing and implementing a change management experience and framework for the L2C program. This role will be responsible for defining, governing and driving how we deliver a highly effective MOC process and communication plan across multiple business organizations across HP.
This person will engage with employees across HP including operations, finance, sales, markets, executives and will ensure we execute change consistently but also customized to the impacted personas.
This person will oversee adoption of new managed solutions and digital solutions capabilities, tools, and processes. Plus, where needed, drive root cause analysis, removes roadblocks and ensures the program meets its adoption metrics.
This role requires an exceptional level of communications, marketing, and planning skills in addition to a proven track record of managing multiple change projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate thinks strategically, communicates effectively, is well organized, detail oriented, proactive, and skilled in partnering with team members and leading cross-functional teams.
