To help support our impressive growth, Kinective is looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Manager who is passionate about planning, organizing, and executing top-tier, demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth across all channels. The Demand Generation Manager is part our our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Director.    

What are we looking for?

• BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or similar field 
• 5 years of experience in a digital, ABM, or content marketing role  

• Experience with funnel metrics and levers to move the needle on generating qualified leads and accelerating opportunity and pipeline velocity 
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement 
• Ability to interpret data, create insights and translate it into applicable changes 
• Experience in conversion optimization analysis and strategies 
• 4 years of marketing automation (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) experience preferred 
• Understanding of Inbound marketing strategies 

What will your day look like?  

You will oversee the strategy and execution of demand-generation campaigns. You will help drive prospect and customer growth in both existing and new business segments across multiple channels. You will be instrumental in creating assets that engage our audience and help drive meaningful growth through various campaigns and thought leadership. Above all, you will be an expert in understanding our buyer's journey and crafting content that resonates with our target audience.  And you’ll be someone who wants to be part of a fast-growing yet established company.    

You’ll be directly responsible for:  

• Managing our integrated demand generation campaign strategy and programs through collaboration with cross functional teams including sales, product, and partner teams 
• Shape the strategic direction for the overall audience(s). Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture, events, programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels. 
• Work with the creative team to provide campaign concepts and campaign deliverables for full funnel, multi-channel campaigns. 
• Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the sales team on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up. 
• Analyze, make recommendations, and execute optimization across digital and social channels and assets 
• Oversee our paid media strategy and manage external agencies
