In the role of Chief Nursing Officer, this nursing leader will direct all inpatient nursing services. The Hospital CNO will have 5 direct reports, 100 indirect reports, and will report directly to the hospital Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications of the Hospital Chief Nurse Executive include a valid and unrestricted Registered Nursing (RN) license with a BSN and MSN preferred. Prior experience in the rural health setting in a nursing leadership capacity will make for quick interviews!
