Biloxi, MS 39531Job Summary:Manage the posting and reconciliation of patient payments in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures and documents to the imaging system. Performs daily operations of cash management and vault inventory. Reviews the reconciliation sheets to ensure all cash deposits are reconciled and have been posted to the appropriate accounting system.Required Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Licensure: NoneExperience: One (1) year experience in at least three of the following areas: cash handling or bank deposits, Vault inventory control, vault balancing, account reconciliation, clerical accounting, bank teller or hospital/clinic cash management.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office procedures. Knowledge of AR systems, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent professional customer service skills.
