Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer to support our Control Management Product Owner team responsible for RCSA technology.

In this role, you will:-
Focus on creating, enhancing and supporting RCSA technology as part of a Product Owner team (business owner for RCSA technology)

Identify, understand and document system requirements for development
-
Create and execute test scripts supporting new functionality
-
Work with end users to support their activities in the tool. This may include answering questions, performing training and troubleshooting
-
Participate in Agile routines supporting software development and management
-
Identify opportunities for process and tool improvement with an eye for simplification
-
Demonstrated the ability to take ambiguous problems and facilitate discussion to explore the best possible solutions
-
Instill and drive proactive risk culture, operational excellence and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:-
5 years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Experience with technology development lifecycle, including requirements creation, testing and user support

Experience with RCSA (risk and control self assessment)

Proven experience in an agile work environment

Demonstrated capacity to pro-actively identify, analyze and solve problems

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management

Demonstrate positive attitude and readiness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment

Flexibility to multitask and work across domains and business groups
Job Expectations:-
The selected candidate must be located in one of the listed work locations. This position is expected to work on site three days per week.
