Cash Management Service Manager is responsible for the ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Oversees development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Manager acts as a liaison between client companies, service representatives, account management and sales, providing technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Cash Management Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Venteon Finance is currently seeking a Cash Manager for a leading manufacturing company located in the metro Detroit area.   The Cash Manager will play a critical role in managing and optimizing cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and implementing effective cash management strategies to support our manufacturing operations.

    Requirements of the Cash Manager
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Additional certifications (e.g., CTP) is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a Cash Manager in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in financial modeling and cash flow analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management software.

    Responsibilities of the Cash Manager
    • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Analyze historical cash flow patterns and collaborate with various departments to anticipate future cash needs.
    • Monitor daily cash balances and execute transfers between accounts as needed to maintain optimal liquidity.
    • Evaluate short-term and long-term cash needs, considering factors such as production cycles and capital expenditure requirements.
