Cash Management Service Manager is responsible for the ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Oversees development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Manager acts as a liaison between client companies, service representatives, account management and sales, providing technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Manager may require a bachelor's degree.     Work schedule: Monday - Friday

    Job responsibilities: The Food Service Manager is responsible for the management of food services, which includes the cafeteria and special food services. 

    Essential functions:

    1. Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative and food service activities of the department. 
    2. Provide staff training, evaluate staff performance, and recommend and implement department and personnel changes as approved by the deputy warden and coordinated with the manager, human resources prior to implementation. 
    3. Assist the finance manager in the preparation of the departmental budget; monitor and control all expenditures pertaining to the food service operations. 
    4. Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting food services. 
    5. Provide appetizing, nutritious and realistically proportioned meals in a clean, comfortable environment. 
    6. Ensure quality of production and food purchase requirements. Maintain cost control to stay within budget limitation. Establish quantity of food to be prepared according to the menu and planned number of meals to be served.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED 
    • Technical training in food service operations
    • Four years of experience in food service operations, three of which must be in a supervisory capacity are required.
    • Knowledge of nutrition and methods of food cost effectiveness desired. Experience in correctional institution food services preferred.
    • Valid food handler’s permit required, if required by the state of Texas
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Valid driver’s license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
